Helping Home Foundation Inc. rules and regulations
1. Helping Home Foundation is providing interim housing for families in dire need of assistance.
2. Helping Home Foundation only provides housing for working individuals needing immediate assistance or persons actively seeking employment with no place to live.
3. Applicants will be subject to background, credit and employment checks as well as a face to face interviews with the Helping Home Foundation staff.
4. Helping Home Foundation will provide housing for 12 consecutive months (1 year). Those selected for housing assistance will be responsible for all utilities including but not limited to electricity, gas, cable, phone and water ( if not provided by the Home Owners Association ). A detailed description of included utilities and amenities will be provided at the time of acceptance.
5. Tenants will be subject to the rules of a standard lease agreement as well as the rules of the Landlords and Home Owners Associations. Housing will be provided only for the persons named on the application. No other persons shall be permitted to stay in the rental unit. Violators will be evicted.
6. No business shall be conducted on the premises of any rental unit. This includes but is not limited to solicitation of ANY kind, barber/beauty salons, candy stores, restaurants or retail stores. Violators will be evicted.
7. All rental units are subject to monthly inspections by the Landlord.
